I had a garage door issue where it just wasn't opening. Benjamin arrived right on time (as well as provided a courtesy ETA call beforehand) and got to work right away. He was able to troubleshoot and diagnose the issue quickly and repair it right on the spot. Thank you again!

One of the two springs on my garage door broke Tuesday morning (2/21). Since I had a good experience with Genesis the last time I needed garage door service three years ago, I contacted them again. I made an appointment with Zack to have Benjamin come Thursday morning between 9a and 11a. Benjamin called me at 9:20a to let me know he would arrive around 10a-10:15a, which he did. Since the springs had not replaced for many years, I decided to have two new springs installed. Fortunately, Benjamin had them in the back of his truck so he was able to install them right away. I was very happy with Benjamin's work and will use Genesis again when I next need garage door service.

Benjamin was fast and efficient. He called when he was on his way, and even came early which was great. On a Sunday! He even did a couple of adjustments to our garage door opener which made it run much smoother. Highly recommend.

The torsion spring on my old garage door broke. I contacted Genesis Garage Door Repair and Benjamin came out that night and replaced the spring. The door itself was old and damaged and the top of the door was sagging when it opened. I was reluctant to buy a new door because of the unanticipated expense, plus getting approval from the HOA is a hassle. Benjamin returned with strut braces and reinforced the door. Excellent service and my old door will survive a few more years.

My old garage door opener stopped working so I called Genesis garage doors for a quick estimate and they were super efficient and sent out Benjamin within a few hours! Benjamin did an amazing job installing the new opener and did everything super quickly as well. Im super happy with my new lift master garage door opener, which is actually a huge upgrade from my old one. Definitely gonna use them for all my garage door needs in the future.

Genesis is always very timely in doing the work where other vendors are not available. They have a great deal of expertise and are very effective in diagnosing the problem and repairing it. They don't try to sell you on anything other than the work that needs to be done, but also tell you if the job is bigger than you think it is which I find helpful.

The motor on our garage door opener was going out so I called Genesis. They came out the next day and within the quoted time window. Benjamin called to give status of arrival before he came out. He reviewed the situation and gave an assessment of problem and recommended fix - to replace the automatic garage door opening engine. He answered all my husband's questions about the models available, the additional adjustments that might need to be made. Benjamin answered all the questions and was able to begin installation immediately. He finished within an hour and made sure everything was working and adjusted properly. Because we were repeat customers my husband asked about any discounts. Benjamin did a great job. I HIGHLY recommend this company

My home sliding gate limit device broke and the gate was unable to be used. I had called another company first and they said it was unfixable and recommended buying a new gate motor. I called Genesis and Leo came out less than an hour later and was able to fix it on the spot. Now everything is working great. Highly recommend!
